Job Description:

Great people! Great pay! Great benefits! Great hours!

If you are an experienced automotive or diesel technician and you're looking for a stable, growing company with a solid benefits package, great working conditions and a steady, consistent amount of available work, let's talk!

United Auto Recovery, a 43-year old company with nearly 450 employees, is now seeking an experienced automotive service technician to work in our facility in the airport area.

Become a member of the fastest growing industry in the U.S. Our fast-paced service shop offers unique opportunities to work on a highly diverse array of products, ranging from domestic to foreign manufacturers, including gas, diesel, and flex-fuel power sources. The environment also offers additional opportunities to work on power sport, RV, and marine units.

You will inspect and diagnose drivability issues and any mechanical defects on a wide variety of makes and models, including electrical, drivability, computer, brake system, suspension, heating and A/C, and exhaust issues. You will also perform a wide range of predominately light repair work including battery replacement to replacement of minor and major components and diagnose and repair electrical, drivability (computer systems), brake systems, tires and suspension, A/C, exhaust, fuel and ignition parts. In addition, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance on our company fleet vehicles.

In addition to a competitive compensation rate, we offer health, life, dental, vision and disability insurance, a 401(k) program, a Monday-Friday daytime work schedule.

Experience and Skills:

Your background should include a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2+ years experience in the automotive and/or diesel repair industry. ASE certifications a plus, as is diesel diagnostic and repair experience. You must provide your own tools.

We're growing - come grow with us!
