We are Memphis Auto Auction, a leader in the automotive auction
industry and a winner of the Auction of the Year award. We’re growing,
and due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking an experienced
Inside Sales Rep to work from our facility in the airport area of Memphis.
This position plays a key role in helping develop new avenues for
profitability, cultivating relationships with major and local
companies, and identifying potential growth opportunities. This
position also creates rewarding promotions to entice positive customer
response and to help enhance customer relations.
Essential responsibilities also include contacting existing and
potential customers through various marketing techniques, and working
hand-in-hand with other Sales Team members to identify and develop new
areas of growth. In addition, this role maintains and strengthens
relationships with our customer base while developing new
relationships. The Inside Sales Rep also performs vital sales tasks
including sale finalization, negotiations, and provides customers with
any necessary documentation.
This person will also provide exceptional, professional and
“one-of-a-kind” customer service to all customers, internal as well as
external, to ensure success of each sale. The Rep will represent the
company and its partners with the utmost professionalism through
various social and customer oriented events.
Primary work hours are daytime, Monday through Friday with select
engagements falling outside of this time frame. This is a salaried
position, with a potential of participating in departmental bonuses.

Your qualifications should include a high school diploma or the
equivalent and a minimum of one year sales experience in any industry
with a professional appearance and strong work ethic. Strong customer
relation skills and exceptional oral and written communication skills,
including professional telephone etiquette, are required. You must be
available for very light travel in the mid-south area (no overnights)
and have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
A Bachelor degree and previous sales experience
in automotive industry are preferred, but not required.
