We are United Auto Exchange (UAX), the industry's most innovative wholesale auto auction and a winner of the "Auction of the Year" award. Our success has been built on providing exceptional service to our clients, many of whom are some of the largest lenders and dealers in the United States. By utilizing the latest technology and investing in the development of our people, UAX has experienced continued growth since our inception.

We are now seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team!

Become a member of the fastest growing industry in the U.S. Our fast-paced service shop offers unique opportunities to work on a highly diverse array of products, ranging from domestic to foreign manufacturers, including gas, diesel, and flex-fuel power sources. The environment also offers additional opportunities to work on power sport, RV, and marine units.

In this position, your job duties will include:

  • Inspect and diagnose drivability issues and any mechanical defects on a wide variety of makes and models, including electrical, drivability, computer, brake system, suspension, heating and A/C, and exhaust issues.
  • Perform a wide range of predominantly light repair work including battery replacement to replacement of minor and major components and diagnose and repair electrical, drivability (computer systems), brake systems, tires and suspension, A/C, exhaust, fuel and ignition parts.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance on our company fleet vehicles.

We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly Mon-Fri daytime work schedule, with early release on Fridays. The pay for this position is flag hour and negotiable. Our full-time employees may participate in major medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans, and a 401(k) Savings Plan with company match.  We also offer paid time off and promotional opportunities.

By the way, we like to have a little fun at work, too!

Earning potential $70k+

If you are a positive team player who is a motivated self-starter and prides themselves on delivering great customer service, we want to talk with you!

UAX is growing---come grow with us!
