Job Description:

We currently operate out of over 40 branches across the nation and are looking to expand our footprint.

We are currently seeking a customer-focused, detail oriented individual for an immediate opening as a Client Team Lead.

The NW Client Team Lead directly oversees the client team’s day to day work responsibilities while providing team leadership and coaching. The qualified candidate is also responsible for focusing the team on the tasks at hand or the internal and external customer requirements. The Team Lead will coordinate team logistics and communicate team status, task accomplishment, and direction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Supervisor in creating an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and a cohesive team effort.
  • Motivate, coach, inspire, and help develop team members.
  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration, as well as encourage creativity and constant improvement.
  • Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving process related issues.
  • Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance.
  • Coordinate with clients/customers as necessary.
  • Familiarize the team with the client/customer needs, specifications, techniques and tools to support task performance.
  • Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed to satisfy any departmental performance standards.
  • Work with Supervisor/Manager to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements.
  • Coordinate training for new team members.
  • Coordinate meeting times, places and agendas if needed.
  • Provide status reporting of team activities against the performance standards and metrics.
  • Keep the Supervisor/Manager informed of task accomplishment, issues and status.
  • Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve matters with other teams/departments.
  • Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team.
  • Lead by setting a good example (role model) - behavior consistent with words.
  • Provide guidance to the team based on management direction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • H.S. education or the equivalent

  • 1-2 years collections and /or Skip Tracking experience preferred
