We are seeking a customer-focused, detail oriented person for an immediate opening as a Vendor Relations Manager at our Collierville, Tennessee Headquarters. 

The qualified candidate will source and onboard potential vendors and negotiate contracts. With exceptional customer service, they will strengthen our current vendor relationships and work with internal departments to assist with vendor related matters. They will also analyze data to evaluate vendor performance.

Essential duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and cultivating relationships with outside vendors and field agents by assisting with inquiries and providing detailed account information.
  • Assisting all departments on vendor related issues
  • Database and records maintenance
  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 phone queue support
  • Other duties as deemed necessary

The schedule for this position is M-F 8:15AM-5:15PM. This position starts at $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, plus paid time off, benefits, and 401k eligibility.  

Experience and Skills:

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Proficient with computers and software applications
  • Strong Organizational Skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent Deductive Reasoning and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Effective Time Management Skills
  • 35 Accurate WPM
  • Ability to adapt to fluctuating work flow
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
