Job Description:

Equitable Services has been a leader in the repossession industry for over 50 years and is now part of the United Recovery & Remarketing family! This partnership brings two incredible teams together that have been friends and partners for decades, with a common goal of exceeding the expectations of our clients and having some fun along the way. Each company's success has been built on providing exceptional service to our clients, many of whom are some of the largest lenders in the United States. By utilizing the latest technology and investing in the development of our associates, we continue to succeed in a fast growing industry.

We are now seeking a Field Investigator to join our growing team. Our Field Investigators are equipped with all of the tools that they need to be successful. In this position, you will drive a company issued vehicle, equipped with in-cab computers and camera technology, around designated areas, and locate vehicles that are subject to repossession. We offer extensive training, a fleet of state of the art trucks, and the latest technological tools that have been custom designed to assist our Field Investigators in maximizing their earning potential and performance.

**NOTE** This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.

Our newly hired Field Investigators may be required to attend intensive training at the URR corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN (travel, meals, and accommodation are covered by URR). During the five day training, you will meet with internal operations that will serve as your support while in the field. You will experience hands-on training in a classroom environment and in the field. In the classroom, you will get a better understanding of this position and the tools you will use to succeed. In the field, you will run routes with our Field Operations Manager - seeing first hand the role of a Field Investigator.

This position pays $19/hour with paid time off and eligibility to enroll in benefits. We are looking for individuals who are interested in growing with us. If you have a desire to develop both personally and professionally, reach out to us! We would love to hear from you, regardless of your experience level.

Experience and Skills:

What we are looking for:

  • A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.

  • A naturally curious soul. Someone who is willing to dig-in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success.

  • An excellent communicator. Knowledge is power and the ability to clearly communicate that information makes you a power-player in the field.

What you need:

  • Be able to pass a drug test and background check
  • Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance

Perks/Benefits:

  • Fuel card to cover gas expenses.

  • Eligibility to enroll in major medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans.

  • Eligibility to enroll in 401(k) savings program with company match after 1 year of tenure.

If you are a positive team player who is a motivated self-starter and prides themselves on delivering great service, we want to talk with you!
